I successfully assisted the East Limestone Band in Athens, Alabama in the recovery of more than $300,000 in instruments, vehicle and trailer, following a theft in November 2017. This was accomplished by working with school officials, parents, local media and the deployment of an aggressive social media campaign which resulted in the recovery of all instruments with only a minor loss of equipment and slight damage to the vehicle. The trailer was found by a former band parent who saw the Facebook post and noticed the trailer at a local shopping outlet. The story of the theft was reported in both local and national media.
